My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Find out what steps to take if your Rejuve Meds order is delayed or hasn't been delivered.

We're sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived.

Here's what to do:

Step 1 — Check your tracking

Use your tracking number to check the latest

status of your delivery.

Step 2 — Check delivery location

Confirm your delivery address is correct in

your patient portal and check if a neighbor

or building reception received it.

Step 3 — Wait one extra day

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered

before they arrive. Give it one extra business

day.

Step 4 — Contact us

If your package still hasn't arrived, email us at [email protected] with:

- Your full name

- Order number

- Tracking number

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
